All our products are delivered by our trusted delivery service providers.
Inside Dhaka: 1-2 Days
Outside Dhaka: 3-5 Days. (We deliver our Products by Sundarban Courier Service for outside of Dhaka)
You can also pickup products from our Showroom, showing on invoice.
Eligibility for Replacement:
Your product MAY BE eligible for replacement, depends on the replacing reason and condition of the product; however, the decision has to be made with Hello Women Officials over Phone & Email and must be in presence of our Delivery Representative (DR).
Unless it has been confirmed or agreed upon by Hello Women over Phone & Email, our Delivery Representative(DR) is not authorized to accept the return of the products for replacement.
We request you to check the delivered products in presence of our delivery representative (DR). In case the DR has handed over the product and left your door step with your signature on Proof of Delivery (POD), you are not eligible to call back the DR to come back so that you place/report your complaint on “damage of product”. Your request may NOT be granted as soon as the product is out of sight from the DR.
Please note that some products are not eligible for return if the product is ordered to made.
Please note that products Delivers to Outside of Dhaka are not eligible for return.
Conditions for Returning of the Products (in case Replacement has been confirmed/agreed by Hello Women):
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
Since all our products are fashion, products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
Product must include the original tags, freebies and accessories.
Product must be returned in the original and undamaged packaging / box.
